Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the specific service purchased and the terms communicated for that service or set out in the relevant signed agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivered custom work, completed consulting time, and completed digital services are non-refundable.

Software

Any software, portals, automations, templates, or digital assets made available by Cedra Global are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional written terms that accompany them.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
